Hi everyone! Welcome back. This month has been super positive & very busy. We have acquired a number of new clients from Sydney & Brisbane so we're very happy to have them on board. SOCIAL RECAP
Massive congratulations are in order to our MD Ollie. If you read last months issue you'd know Ollie was taking part in a charity boxing event. Although the judges split decision did not favour Ollie, he done himself & TradeConnex proud. He raised over $11,000 for Cystic Fibrosis.
STAYING ON THE FITNESS HYPE
To keep up the momentum, TradeConnex have signed up to a local gym membership. The office staff are excited to support each other in our own personal health & well-being journeys. There may even be an incentive for whoever impresses the most, keep you posted on that one!
ON-SITE INSIGHT
This month we showcased one of our QA's setting up a laser on the tracker to check the height and lateral alignments are all within the tolerance. A great job done by Sofia. If there is a role on-site you'd like to know more about let us know!
UPSKILLING
Our team have been busy upskilling at a number of different courses this month, including Kerwin Rae's business development course. If you haven't already be sure to check him out! The team also carried out training for our recruitment database ensuring we are all familiar with the software updates. Our culture here is to always keep learning and developing to provide the best service for our employees & clients as possible.
LATEST BLOG
We have mentored hundreds of people through the process of moving from the city to a regional area. It is an amazing experience that we can't recommend enough.
