Project Name: Daydream & Hayman Solar Farms

Project Timeline: June 2018 – September 2018
Two solar farms - 150MW (AC) Daydream Solar Farm and 50MW (AC) Hayman Solar Farm - developed by Edify Energy, add a total of 200MW of solar generation capacity at Collinsville in Northern Queensland.
The projects consisted of approximately 2 million solar panels. Array Technology was the tracker system installed. Together, the solar farms are expected to abate over 476,000 tonnes of carbon emissions annually and generate enough power for an estimated 73,000 homes.
TradeConnex employed over 50 skilled & competent workers to the Daydream & Hayman Solar farms - Excavator Operators, Skid Steer Operators, Telehandler Operators, Quality Assurance Teams & Skilled Labourers as well as capable & experienced Panel Installation Teams.
