We ask that anyone interested in working with us registers online. This collects all of your information we need and holds it in our database.
We screen all potential candidates and ensure they meet the qualifications & standards that we have set for our team. All licenses and documents are certified at this stage.
Next we’ll ring or meet and have a chat to discuss experience & knowledge further. Having an open conversation gives us a better feel for the candidate and whether they will be a good fit for our company & our values.
Once final background & reference checks are completed and we welcome you to the TradeConnex team we will be easily contactable at all times. We will provide necessary PPE & all job site info. Where possible we meet the new starts on site that morning to ensure they have all they need & they settle in for the day.
