Joe Kinahan is our Operations Manager here at TradeConnex, he has been with the company for 2 years now. Joe is originally from Ireland but spent 18 months living in Chicago USA. Following from this he moved to Australia in 2016 as it’s something he has always envisaged himself doing. He has a honours degree in Business Management and years of civil site experience. With all of that under his belt Joe has a core role here with us. He assists candidates with finding the right job for them with a suitable client. He proactively drives action on behalf of the MD, and assists with the management of the workload. Joe has a big role in maintaining and strengthening business relationships with a number of reputable clients by regular site and company office visits. Joe’s approachability and understanding to the role gives him a competitive edge when dealing with different customers. He is also a strong source of generating more business through his contacts and meetings. 

One of Joe’s favourite things about the company is that he is predominantly based in Sydney but also gets the opportunity to travel to the many rural areas in different states where previous solar jobs have been. It’s always good to get out of the hustle and bustle of a major city and take a breath of that country air. 

Joe loves the team culture and has very fond memories of the Christmas parties gone by where we celebrate another successful year with our strong & committed team.
