March's Employee of the Month is...Gary Leard Lamont 👏
Gary has worked with TradeConnex on different projects over the last few years. Working as a truck driver, Telehandler operator, and driving the bus to/from work.
Gary is always helpful and takes new starters in the industry under his wing to help them settle in to the job. We are very grateful to have him on board on our solar farms!
