January's employee of the month is...Dean O'Connor 👏🏼
Dean has worked for us for the last 5 months on two of our solar farm projects.
Dean helps out with all the mechanical installation & panel installing. He is reliable and a great communicator - a great addition to the TradeConnex team!

The TradeConnex Team headed to the Gold Coast for a planning day with Josh from K2 and now feel ready to smash 2023!
